Insider can today reveal the shortlists for the awards at this year’s South Yorkshire Property Dinner.
To be held at Sheffield’s Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Hotel on Thursday, 9 July 2026, the dinner recognises the best completed projects, deals and industry individuals in the boroughs of Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham.
The awards are supported by Altitude, BRM, Sheffield Property Association and Taylor & Emmet. This year’s headline sponsor is Counter Context.
The Property Personality award is open to property industry professionals to vote by June 18 here.
And the Future Ambition award, for unbuilt conceptual schemes, will be voted for by attendees on the night of the dinner.
