International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Audria, a tech driven real estate services platform, on its acquisition of UK based Tandem Property Asset Management. Tandem becomes the fifth company to join Audria Group, alongside Newsec, Novier, Sveaviken PM and Avy, and marks Audria’s entry into the UK market.
This transaction underlines Osborne Clarke’s strength in advising international buyers and platforms backed by investors on cross border strategic acquisitions into the UK and showcases the firm’s combined corporate and real estate capabilities.
The partnership brings together Tandem’s UK property and asset management expertise with Audria’s established Nordic and Baltic platform of more than 2,600 professionals managing real estate assets totalling over €100 billion. For Tandem and its clients, joining Audria opens up new opportunities to invest in technology and innovation and to leverage the capabilities of a growing international group.
This deal is an important step in Audria’s international expansion and a strong signal of confidence in the UK real estate market. Bringing Tandem into the group shows how technology and data driven asset management are reshaping the sector. Our ability to bring together corporate, long-term investors and real estate expertise meant we were well placed to help deliver this transaction
