Property tech firm launches recruitment drive

    April 29, 20262 Mins Read

A Newcastle-based property technology firm is expanding its workforce with a major recruitment drive as demand for auction sales continues to rise.

iamproperty, the country’s largest residential property auctioneer, is growing its auction team with more than 25 new roles as part of a summer hiring push.

The firm currently has 170 auction specialists and aims to increase this to more than 200 by 2027.

The recruitment campaign will include three structured intakes across June and July, reflecting continued growth in the use of the Modern Method of Auction across the UK property market.

Jamie Cooke, co-founder of iamproperty, said: “We’re delighted to be opening applications for our next intake of auction specialists as we continue to invest in our people and our growth.

“Demand for auction is continuing to go from strength to strength and we’re seeing more agents and consumers recognise the benefits it delivers.

“It’s an exciting time to join the team as we scale further and continue to innovate within the property sector.”

iamproperty, which employs more than 700 people nationwide, supports a network of over 7000 partner agents, with auction specialists playing a central role in securing instructions and managing sales.

The roles are open to candidates across the UK, with the company continuing to promote flexible, remote-first working alongside its headquarters in Gosforth, Newcastle.
