    Utilities Fall as Treasury Yields Fall – Utilities Roundup

    Shares of power producers fell for the session, but rose for the week after a sharp drop in Treasury yields.

    Yields had advanced for much of the Iran war due to concerns about inflation and the constraints it would put on Federal Reserve policy. That offset the allure of the utilities sectors as a safe haven.

    As Treasury yields and inflation concerns retreat, utilities are regaining momentum.
