Property technology company Rex Software has strengthened its UK team with the appointment of Maia Brams as CRM onboarding and support specialist.
Maia will work with estate and letting agency clients as they transition from existing CRM systems to the Rex platform, supporting them with data migration, training and developing their understanding of the technology.
She brings experience spanning both the property and technology sectors, having previously worked for property management company Houst.
There, she supported clients through the onboarding process and helped them get set up with the company’s technology.
Since joining Rex, Maia has focused on developing her product knowledge and is now managing her own client onboarding projects, supporting customers throughout their transition and helping them get the most from the platform.
Maia said: “I previously worked in the property space, but it was between tech and property management, and I always knew I wanted to be more on the tech side of things.
“When I saw the role at Rex, everything about it seemed really interesting.
“What really stood out to me throughout the interview process was the people.
“Everyone I met gave me a really positive impression of the company and where it was going.
“Rex is constantly moving and integrating new things like AI, and that’s really exciting because you want to be somewhere that’s fast-paced and developing.”
“I think one of the things I can bring to Rex is a pragmatic approach to working with people.
“Everyone has their own expectations, and sometimes what someone is saying isn’t necessarily what they mean, so I’m quite good at working through that while keeping a positive mindset.
“I like to just get on with things and find a way forward.”
