Resolution Property expands UK and European teams

    May 24, 20252 Mins Read

Resolution Property has added two new asset managers to boost its UK and European operations.

Stéphanie Mareschal joins as senior asset manager, in Brussels, while Ophelia Knight has been appointed junior asset manager, in London.

Stéphanie brings over 20 years of real estate experience, having managed major projects including the NHow Hotel, in Amsterdam, and the Wijnegem Shopping Centre extension, in Belgium.

She will oversee a diverse portfolio across Europe, focusing on Pegasus Park, near Brussels Airport, which includes offices, co-working spaces, a hotel and amenities.

Ophelia, a chartered surveyor with UK market experience, will support asset management of office and mixed-use properties in London.

Her duties include day-to-day management, refurbishment oversight, investor reporting and acquisition support.

Their appointments come as demand grows for high-quality mixed-use assets.

Stuart Lang, head of asset management at Resolution Property, said: “We are pleased to welcome Stéphanie and Ophelia to Resolution Property.

“Their proven expertise and deep understanding of asset management across key European and UK markets will significantly strengthen our capabilities.

“These appointments reflect our continued focus on building a technically strong, commercially driven team to support our portfolio and deliver long-term value.”
