    Prospect Homes has promoted Nia O’Sullivan to head of sales and customer services.

    Since joining the Liverpool-based company as customer care manager in 2023 and stepping into the head of customer service role in July 2025, Nia has been instrumental in elevating customer experience and driving service excellence across the organisation.

    Nia has more than ten years’ experience in the new homes industry after starting her career as a sales executive at a national housebuilder.

    She said: “Stepping into the role of head of sales and customer services is an incredible opportunity, and I’m proud to continue my journey with Prospect Homes. Having worked closely with our customers and teams since 2023, I’m excited to help shape a seamless experience from first enquiry to moving in, ensuring our buyers feel supported every step of the way.”

    Nia has played a major role in driving inclusivity across the company, championing diverse talent in both its workforce and development projects.

    Michael Orgill, managing director, said: “This promotion is a testament to Nia’s talent, drive, and impact across the business. She has transformed the way we support our customers and her leadership will now play a key role in strengthening our sales performance and customer journey.

    Decarbonisation and building services design consultancy, S I Sealy has restructured to create a senior leadership team to prepare for growth.

    Last year the Manchester business went through a management buy-out, where company director, Daniel Madden became the sole owner of the business.

    The next stage of S I Sealy’s strategic plan is to focus on growth. The new senior leadership team has been formed by a number of promotions to associate director: Mike Robinson, Adrian Bill, Ged Williams, Saeed Amirahmadi and Ben Rathbone. 

    In addition, Matthew Pickford has become a company director.

    Managing director, Daniel Madden, said: “I have worked alongside Matthew Pickford for 22 years. So, I am really pleased that he has joined me as a company director, to help steer the business to deliver real growth from our current core sectors.

    “We will be supported by our highly skilled and experienced senior leadership team who will take responsibility for our day-to-day operations and client retention.”

    Paul Forshaw and Paul Walton

    North West planning consultancy, PWA Planning, has appointed a new director to support the growth of its operations in Manchester.

    Paul Forshaw, who joins from Liverpool-based DLP Planning, will head up PWA’s Manchester office which was launched in April 2025 and is based in Castlefield.

    He brings almost 20 years of planning experience to PWA having previously held roles with national and international planning consultancies and developers, including Turley, Peel Land and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

    Paul offers significant experience in the residential and commercial sectors, including in strategic land promotion. More recently he has focused on industrial projects and gained experience in planning for National Strategic Infrastructure Projects.

    Paul Walton, managing director of PWA Planning, said: “We’ve witnessed solid growth in our Manchester office over the last 12-months and felt now was the right time to take this to the next level and bring in someone highly experienced to lead the next phase of growth in the region.

    “Paul offers us significant additional capabilities and sector knowledge and will play an instrumental role in growing our team and client base in the region.”

    Paul Forshaw said: “PWA is a growing planning consultancy with strong ambition to continue expanding its work with clients across the UK and its specialist sectors are very aligned with my own experience.

    “The opportunity to lead the firm’s Manchester office and be a part of that growth journey was a compelling one.”

    Josh Bragg and Hannah Hughes

    Independent Northern law firm, Harrison Drury, has appointed Josh Bragg as a legal director in its growing commercial property team in Manchester.

    Josh brings extensive experience having previously worked as a managing associate within the real estate team at Addleshaw Goddard and before this at Irwin Mitchell.

    At Harrison Drury, he will advise clients on a range of commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, site assembly and strategic land work.

    Hannah Hughes, partner and co-head of Harrison Drury’s commercial property team, said: “Continuing to add breadth and depth to our commercial property team across the North has been a key part of our growth strategy and means we can support even more developers, investors and businesses across the region.

    “Josh is a strong senior hire who brings lots of relevant experience in development-led projects. His background advising on complex transactions and focus on building lasting relationships with clients makes him a great fit for our growing Manchester team.”

    Josh said: “Manchester is clearly an important part of Harrison Drury’s growth, and there’s a real sense of momentum building within its commercial property team which I am very excited to be a part of.

    “The firm’s reputation in the North West, commitment to its people and the supportive culture it has built was a big draw for me.”

    Harrison Drury’s commercial property team in Manchester now comprises eight members after Josh’s appointment.
