The Birmingham-based commercial property consultancy announced Maria’s promotion following several recent successes for the property management team in Birmingham and across the region.

Johnson Fellows recently celebrated after being instructed to provide property management services at a major office development in Birmingham city centre, providing a full range of services at Quay Place – a canalside development, near Brindleyplace, comprising more than 101,000 sq ft across six office buildings.

Maria is a highly-experienced chartered surveyor specialising in property management, having worked client-side as well as in consultancy. She has worked for more than 20 years within the commercial property market, having previously been head of commercial management at a private property investment company.
