    GARDA Diversified Property Fund (Fund) est une société d’investissement immobilier (REIT) basée en Australie. Le Fonds est un investisseur, un promoteur et un gestionnaire immobilier qui investit le long de la côte est de l’Australie, de Cairns à Melbourne. Le fonds investit, possède, gère et développe des biens immobiliers industriels et commerciaux. Les segments du Fonds comprennent l’investissement immobilier direct, l’investissement par emprunt et la gestion de fonds. Le secteur de l’investissement immobilier direct investit dans l’immobilier commercial et industriel australien. Le secteur de l’investissement par emprunt investit dans des hypothèques et des prêts immobiliers résidentiels. Le secteur de la gestion de fonds crée et gère des fonds d’investissement pour des investisseurs externes. Le portefeuille du Fonds se compose des immeubles suivants : 38-56 Peterkin Street, 1-9 Kellar Street, 70-82 Main Beach Road, 41 Bivouac Place, 69 Peterkin Street, 56 Peterkin Street, 372 Progress Road, 498 Progress Road, 436 Elgar Road, 588A Swan Street, 67 Noosa Street, 326 & 340 Thynne Road et 56-72 Bandara Street.
