    February 10, 20252 Mins Read

Artyzen Hospitality Group (AHG) has signed a management agreement to open the first Artyzen Hotels and Resorts luxury lifestyle property in Xi’an, China.

The move not only marks AHG’s debut in the ancient capital but also aligns with its vision for purposeful growth in the region.

The ceremonial signing took place between Rogier Verhoeven, executive director and president of the Group Hospitality Division at Shun Tak Holdings, and Yang Zengtian, chairman of Xi’an Yang’s Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

“As the inaugural city of the national ‘one belt and one road’ initiative, Xi’an‘s significance as a historical centre and a hub for innovation makes it an ideal location for Artyzen Hotels and Resorts,” Verhoeven said.

“We are committed and confident that this project will become Xi’an‘s landmark cultural tourism destination.”
