Echo Finance promotes two long-serving team members to leadership roles – The Intermediary

    April 21, 20262 Mins Read

Mirfield-based mortgage brokerage Echo Finance has promoted two long-serving team members into leadership roles.

Simon Beevers (pictured, left), who has been with the firm for nearly nine years, moves from head of admin and compliance to head of group operations.

Amanda Artley (pictured, right), who has worked at Echo for almost seven years, steps up from senior compliance administrator to head of administration.

Artley will lead the administration team and oversee day-to-day operations, including managing cases from start to finish.

Beevers will join the senior leadership team, managing the business’ finances, shaping procedures and heading compliance for both Echo Finance and its sister company LeadCrowd.

Lee Trett, director and co-founder at Echo Finance, said: “Simon and Amanda have been with us for a long time and have proved vital to the success and growth we have achieved in recent years.

“We wanted to reward them for their hard work and dedication to Echo, but in a way that empowers them to help us fulfil our potential as a business, continue on our ambitious growth journey and maintain our exceptional levels of customer service.

“We’re confident that Simon and Amanda will excel in their new roles and Echo Finance will be all the stronger for having them in these posts.”
