    Bajaj Housing Finance Q2 Results: Asset quality, margin outlook in focus

    Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance are trading with losses on Thursday, November 6, ahead of the release of the company’s September quarter results.

    In its quarterly business updated shared at the start of October, Bajaj Housing Finance had stated that its gross disbursements during the quarter had increased to ₹15,900 crore, compared to ₹12,014 crore during the same quarter last year.

    Bajaj Housing’s Assets Under Management (AUM) increased by 24% on a year-on-year basis to ₹1,26,740 crore, compared to ₹1,02,569 crore during the same quarter last year. AUM growth during the September quarter stood at ₹6,320 crore.

    Loan assets during the quarter increased to ₹1,13,050 crore, compared to ₹89,878 crore during the base quarter in financial year 2025.

    The street will await more clarity on Bajaj Housing Finance’s core income, its asset quality trends, and its guidance for the full financial year.

    Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance are trading 0.5% lower at ₹109 ahead of the results announcement. The stock is down 15% so far in 2025.

    Bajaj Housing Finance was one of the most successful listings of 2024, listing at a premium of more than 100% compared to its issue price of ₹70 per share.

    However, after making a post-listing high of over ₹180, the stock has corrected nearly 40% from those levels and is back near the ₹100 mark.
