The tender (Tranche-FDRE-4) was issued under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) guidelines for which an e-reverse auction was held on October 9, 2025, and Letter of Award (LOA) was received on November 10, 2025.

Crude Oil Futures
Brent crude oil futures crossed the $100-a-barrel mark on Thursday morning after Iran attacked two oil tankers in Iraqi waters. At 9.23 am on Thursday, May Brent oil futures were at $100.31, up by 9.06 per cent, and April crude oil futures on WTI (West Texas Intermediate) were at $94.35, up by 8.14 per cent. March crude oil futures were trading at ₹8736 on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) during the initial hour of trading on Thursday against the previous close of ₹8107, up by 7.76 per cent, and April futures were trading at ₹8680 against the previous close of ₹8035, up by 8.03 per cent.
