    US Masters Residential Property Fund (Fund) est une société d’investissement basée en Australie. Le fonds a pour objectif d’obtenir des rendements à long terme en combinant des revenus locatifs et une croissance potentielle du capital à long terme. La société investit principalement sur le marché de l’immobilier résidentiel aux États-Unis. Elle possède des propriétés indépendantes et multifamiliales dans la région métropolitaine de New York, plus précisément dans le comté de Hudson, dans le New Jersey, à Brooklyn et à Manhattan, dans l’État de New York. Le portefeuille du Fonds comprend environ 842 unités de logement réparties sur 452 propriétés indépendantes. Le Fonds réalise tous ses investissements résidentiels dans la région métropolitaine de New York par l’intermédiaire de son entité contrôlée US Masters Residential Property (USA) Fund, un fonds d’investissement immobilier du Maryland (US REIT). Son entité responsable est E&P Investments Limited.
