    Brixmor Property Group Inc. est une société d’investissement immobilier à gestion interne (REIT). La société exerce ses activités principalement par l’intermédiaire de Brixmor Operating Partnership LP et de ses filiales (collectivement, la société d’exploitation). La société détient et exploite des portefeuilles de commerces de détail en plein air par surface locative brute (GLA) aux États-Unis, composés principalement de centres commerciaux de proximité et de quartier. Le portefeuille de la société se compose d’environ 362 centres commerciaux (le portefeuille) totalisant plus de 64 millions de pieds carrés de SLB. Les projets de la société comprennent Dickson City Crossings, East Port Plaza, Fox Run, Gateway Plaza, Old Bridge Gateway, Pointe Orlando, Shops at Palm Lakes, Stewart Plaza, Tinley Park Plaza, Tyrone Gardens, Vail Ranch Center, Venice Village, Village at Miraa Mesa et Westminster City Center.
