    Utilities Up Sharply on Safe-Haven Demand – Utilities Roundup

    Shares of power producers rose sharply as traders sought out safe havens.

    Investors looking to capitalize on surging demand for electricity to power data centers so far have taken a cautious approach to the artificial intelligence-driven boom, largely avoiding the excesses that fueled past infrastructure bubbles, according to industry bankers and fund managers.
