Utilities group, Ipsum, has strengthened its Power division with the addition of specialist engineering consultancy, design and advisory expertise, following the acquisition of Energypeople, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is the second in less than a week by Ipsum, which added Somerset utility and water services engineering delivery partner, NPB Utilities, to the group last Wednesday (July 22).
Chorley-based Ipsum is a provider of engineering services in the power, water, infrastructure and telecoms sectors.
