    Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NSE, BSE: NUVAMA), one of India’s leading wealth management companies, announced its financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026.

    Nuvama delivered a strong quarter, driven by a healthy all-round performance across businesses. Wealth Management continues to deliver strong and sustainable growth with profits increasing by 20% YoY. Asset Services maintained strong growth momentum, while Capital Markets demonstrated resilience, supported by a diversified platform and exceptional performance in Fixed Income.

    Key Highlights

    Wealth Management

    Revenues: ₹447 Cr in Q1, grew by 19% YoY

    PBT: ₹149 Cr in Q1, grew by 20% YoY

    Client Assets: Stood at ₹3,63,892 Cr as at end of Q1, grew by 12% YoY

    Nuvama Wealth:

    Revenues: ₹250 Cr in Q1, grew by 13% YoY, led by continued traction in the MPIS solutions. MPIS revenues grew faster at 20% YoY

    PBT: ₹90 Cr in Q1, grew by 19% YoY

    Net flows: Delivered highest ever quarterly MPIS NNM of ₹3,044 Cr, representing 8% of opening MPIS assets. MPIS Assets stood at ₹42,795 Cr, grew by 32% YoY

    Nuvama Private:

    o Revenues: ₹198 Cr in Q1, grew by 27% YoY, supported by continued ARR momentum and strong transactional opportunities. ARR revenues grew 14% YoY

    o PBT: ₹59 Cr in Q1, grew by 22% YoY

    o Net flows: ARR NNM stood at ₹1,083 Cr; excluding outflow from select low cost mandates, underlying flows remained healthy over ~₹1,800 Cr

    Asset Management

    Management fee: ₹22 Cr in Q1, grew by 24% YoY

    Closing AUM: Stood at ₹13,261 Cr, grew by 12% YoY, led by CRE strategy

    Fund raise: Achieved final close of PRIME fund (CRE Strategy) at ~₹4,000 Cr. Launched with an initial target corpus of ₹3,000 Cr, the Prime Offices Fund received strong investor demand.

    Secured SEBI’s final approval for mutual fund license and initiated the regulatory approval process for launching SIF strategies

    Asset Services and Capital Markets

    Revenues:

    Asset Services: Revenues grew by 34% YoY. Focus continues to grow clients, client assets and deepening relationships across geographies

    Capital Markets: Q1 revenues remained flat YoY. Focus continues on building a diversified platform to deliver resilient performance across market cycles

    PBT: ₹269 Cr in Q1, grew by 19% YoY

    Client Assets (Asset Services): ₹1,58,986 Cr as at end of Q1, grew by 25% YoY

    Client assets crossed ₹ 5 lakh crore, reaching a significant milestone, reflecting deepening client trust and franchise strength.

    Commenting on the performance Ashish Kehair, MD & CEO of Nuvama Group said,

    Wealth Management demonstrated sustained growth, supported by client acquisition, healthy net new flows and consistent margins. Across both, Nuvama Wealth and Nuvama Private, we continued to invest in talent, technology and client proposition enhancements. We are also seeing encouraging progress in newer initiatives including offshore wealth and AI-enabled productivity tools. Asset Management advanced on multiple strategic priorities, including the receipt of mutual fund licence and successful close of our commercial real estate fund. Beyond these, our institutional businesses continued to contribute meaningfully to growth. Asset Services delivered strong revenue growth, driven by deeper engagement with existing clients and the acquisition of new mandates. Capital Markets maintained its performance despite a volatile market environment. Overall, the Nuvama Group delivered a strong performance reinforcing the strength and resilience of our integrated platform model.
