International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has welcomed James Wilson as partner in its corporate team in London.

He also advises on public takeovers under the UK Takeover Code, as well as domestic and international M&A for private companies.

    Wilson joins Trowers from DWF.

Adrian Jones, head of corporate at Trowers & Hamlins, commented: ‘We are delighted to welcome James to the partnership. His extensive experience across public and private markets further enhances the depth of expertise within our Corporate team. James’s arrival will strengthen our ability to support clients through complex transactions in an increasingly dynamic market.’

Wilson added: ‘I’m thrilled to be joining Trowers at such an exciting time for the firm. The Corporate team has an excellent reputation for its pragmatic, client-focused approach, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the practice and supporting clients across all stages of their business development.’
