    York: McBeath Property Consultancy appoints new director

    McBeath Property Consultancy, has appointed Tom Grimshaw as director, bringing six years of experience from his previous role at Brackenridge Hanson Tate (BHT) in Leeds.

    Andrew McBeath, founder of McBeath Property Consultancy, said: “We are delighted to have Tom on board.

    “He brings a wealth of experience from the sharp end of a Leeds-based commercial property agency, which will be invaluable in helping us to develop and harness our growth trajectory.”

    Mr Grimshaw led the commercial agency team at BHT and has experience across commercial property disposal and acquisition, property management, and lease consultancy.

    He said: “After six rewarding years at BHT, this new opportunity couldn’t have come at a better time.

    “I’m excited about this long-term opportunity to develop a well-respected and established consultancy further, bringing my experience to support and build on Andrew’s work, enhancing the services we provide to our clients.

    “I am looking forward to the future working alongside Andrew and contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.”

    McBeath Property Consultancy has operated in York for more than 20 years, specialising in commercial property disposal, land sales, landlord and tenant matters, property management, and development consultancy.
