St Helens – Ryan Little property consultancy launches

    May 1, 20262 Mins Read

Ryan Little has launched a premises on Barrow Street with the goal of encouraging investment in the town centre.

He is looking to support aspiring property investors and help to pursue their ambitions.

Ryan, who co-founded Little Estate Agents in 2019, said: “I specialise in this area, and hopefully it will encourage investment in the town centre.

“I think it would be good to support young people.

“I don’t think they think it’s possible to be a property investor unless it is a family business, if their family wasn’t into it.

“It’s not something where you see a job advert.

“I just want to get people to step out and pursue their goals and dreams.”

The consultancy offers a free 15-minute consultation.

Ryan, 31, believes increasing investor engagement will help drive regeneration in the area.

Also working from the Barrow Street office is Liam Knowles, director of The St Helens Agent.

Liam said: “I started out in January and my main aim is to get customers to invest in the local market in St Helens.”

Liam is based at the Barrow Street office five days a week and says he is benefiting from the opportunity to work with Ryan.

“I aspire to be similar to him one day, and so that is an added bonus.”

Ryan has also begun hosting free seminars for those interested in property investment.

The next event will be held at The World of Glass on Saturday, May 9, from 10am to 12pm.
