A three-month closure order was secured for an address on Russell Street, and officers will be carrying out patrols in the area, regularly checking the property.
The force stated that the ban includes a ‘habitual resident’ at the address.

Thames Valley Police Reading stated: “This week, the Reading Town Centre Neighbourhood Team have been granted a 3-month full closure by Reading Magistrates’ Court for an address on Russell Street.
“This was due to continuous drug use and antisocial behaviour in and around the property.
“The full closure order prohibits any unnamed person from entering the property, including the habitual resident.
“Officers will be checking the address on a regular basis and continue patrols in the area.”
