    Riverdale Center Property Sells for $5.1 M

    This week’s million-dollar deals and construction gets going with a $5M buy in the Riverdale area of Little Rock.

    ► Modern Storage Riverdale LLC, led by Keith Richardson paid $5.1 million for a 64,962-SF piece of Little Rock’s Riverdale Center.

    Seller: Excited Riverdale LLC, led by T.J. Lefler. The building at 2510 Cantrell Road was last used as temporary storage by the Arkansas Arts Center during its massive makeover into the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. Over the years, the location was home to a series of grocery stores, beginning with Skaggs Alpha Beta followed by Harvest Foods and finally a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

    ► KG Chenal 139 LLC, led by Leonard Boen, purchased the 5,700-SF Kum & Go at 15617 Chenal Parkway for $6 million from Goko LLC, an affiliate of Fidelity Financial Corp. of Wichita, Kansas.

    ► J. Hamilton Builders LLC, led by John Hurst and John Magee, sold a 5,500-SF home in Little Rock’s Woodglen Park neighborhood to Kent Tiller and Jorge Tiller-Sarmiento for more than $1.6 million.

    ► Charles and Cynthia Martin bought a 5,530-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood for more than $1.3 million from the Selby Family Revocable Trust, led by Michael and Melinda Selby.

    ► CHG Senior Living Stonehaven LLC, an affiliate of Cornerstone Healthcare Group of Dallas sold the 7.27-acre site of the Stonehaven Assisted Living project at 101 Olympia Drive in Maumelle for more than $1.2 million to Maumelle AR Holdings LLC of Toms River, New Jersey.

    ► Jack Yeager acquired a 3,538-SF home in Little Rock’s Scenic Heights neighborhood  from the Julia C. Robinson Revocable Trust for $1.1 million.

    ► The Betty L. Richards Revocable Trust sold a 2,669-SF condo on the 16th floor of the 300 Third Tower in downtown Little Rock to Ellen Williams for $1 million.
