Property firm Roger Parry & Partners announces TSR acquisition

    April 20, 20262 Mins Read

Property firm Roger Parry & Partners LLP has announced its acquisition with TSR (Towler Shaw Roberts), marking a key step in its expansion plans across Shropshire, Mid and North Wales, and the West Midlands.

All 50-plus staff from both firms, including TSR’s directors, will remain in post under the deal, which is designed to maintain existing client relationships and ensure leadership continuity.

Roger Parry, senior partner at Roger Parry & Partners LLP, said: “The acquisition enables both businesses to expand their bases, with Roger Parry & Partners providing their services in the West Midlands from the Wolverhampton office.

“TSR have established a gold-plated professional reputation in commercial agency and management, their expertise will complement our extra services.”

The acquisition merges two long-established property firms, combining their expertise to offer a more integrated, client-focused service.

By joining forces, the firms will offer a broader range of services under one roof, including planning, architectural services, surveying, valuation, and commercial and residential sales and lettings.

The deal is part of Roger Parry & Partners LLP’s broader strategy to extend its geographical footprint and reinforce its reputation as a leading property expert in the region.

Toby Shaw, head of agency at TSR, said: “After 35 years since founding the company, I am delighted that we are joining forces with Roger Parry & Partners as a natural evolution of our respective firms to serve our wide range of private and corporate clients.

“We have admired Roger Parry & Partners from afar over many years and are excited for the future, and the expanded opportunities for our clients and staff in continuing to provide a high quality and progressive professional service.”

Richard Corbett, partner at Roger Parry & Partners LLP, described the acquisition as a “significant and positive step” for the business.

He said: “TSR Surveyors is a highly respected firm, and this acquisition brings together complementary strengths, allowing us to expand our expertise and deliver an even broader, more integrated service to clients across Shropshire, Mid and North Wales and the West Midlands.”

Offices will continue to operate in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Telford, Oswestry, and Welshpool.
