Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Chester postcodes.
On Curzon Park North (CH4), nine properties sold for an average of £1,517,638. Barrel Well Hill (CH3), three properties sold for an average of £1,341,666. Also, Lower Park Road (CH4) saw four properties sell for an average of £1,331,284.
Some of the cheapest streets include Chronicle House (CH1) (where three properties sold for an average of £40,833), Homedee House (CH1) (where eight properties sold for an average of £47,556) and Wenlock Way (CH4) where three properties sold for an average of £49,166).
The remaining highest valued streets in the city are Curzon Park North (CH4 8AR) with nine properties sold for Curzon Park North (CH4 8AP) with four properties sold for an average £1,078,750.
Then it is Queens Park Road (CH4 7AD) with three properties sold at an average price of £1,069,000 with South Crescent Road (CH4 7AU) with three properties at an average of £956,666.

Next is Overleigh Close in CH4 7NA with three properties sold for an average price of £955,000.
Hough Green (CH4 8JG) is next with nine properties at £865,555 and then Victoria Pathway (CH4 7AG) with an average price of £807,000 from five properties sold.
Last on the top 10 list is Green Bank in CH4 7EH at £804,500 from four properties sold.
The remaining cheapest streets in Chester are Malayan Place (CH3 6GJ) in Saighton with four properties at an average £60,375 price.
Next is Trafford Street in CH1 3HP with four properties sold at an average price of £61,250.
Charlotte Street in CH1 4JN at £68, 714 from three properties is next, followed by Mallard Court in CH2 1JN with 15 properties sold at an average of £69,930.
Next up is George Street in CH1 3EQ at an average price of £72,333 from nine properties while Telford Way in Saltney (CH4 8DA) at £74,790 from 10 properties.
Last on the list is Chedworth House (CH1 3AR) in The Square with five properties and an average price of £74,900.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Curzon Park North (CH4) sold for £3,150,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £25,000 and under on The Wharf (CH1), Private Walk (CH1) and Homedee House (CH1).”
