Leeds-based property advisory firm, Granton James, has merged with established multi disciplinary property practice, Brackenridge Hanson Tate (BHT).
Granton James’s founder, Scott Morrison, joins BHT as a shareholder alongside the remaining founding member, David Brackenridge.
BHT is also based in Leeds and has 28 years of experience specialising in agency, investment, valuation and property management.
Morrison will focus on growing and expanding the agency and transactional business.
David Brackenridge said: “Scott will be pivotal in adding to the BHT brand and offering to clients, and will be a vital member of the leadership team.”
Morrison added: “It’s a pleasure to join such an established business that has a strong track record and history in the property market in Yorkshire.
“I look forward to joining David and the wider team at BHT to continue to build on their established offering.”
