McBeath Property Consultancy in York appoints new director

    November 19, 20251 Min Read

McBeath Property Consultancy Limited has welcomed Tom Grimshaw to the role.

The firm has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector and will benefit from Mr Grimshaw’s background in commercial agency and consultancy.

Andrew McBeath, founder of the company, said: “We are delighted to have Tom on board.

“He brings a wealth of experience from the sharp end of a Leeds-based commercial property agency, which will be invaluable in helping us to develop and harness our growth trajectory.”

Mr Grimshaw joins the business after six years at Brackenridge Hanson Tate (BHT) in Leeds, where he led the commercial agency team.

He said: “After six rewarding years at BHT, this new opportunity couldn’t have come at a better time.

“I’m excited about this long-term opportunity to develop a well-respected and established consultancy further, bringing my experience to support and build on Andrew’s work, enhancing the services we provide to our clients.

“I am looking forward to the future working alongside Andrew and contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.”
