    November 24, 20252 Mins Read

Ice3 Group says this strategic acquisition marks a significant step in its mission to expand its reach and continue delivering innovative and tailored property finance solutions to clients across the UK.

The Specialist Property Finance firm, well-regarded for its client-focused approach and expertise, will now operate under the Ice3 Group umbrella brand.

Aaron Barry, founder of Specialist Property Finance, will remain with the business for a transitional period to ensure a smooth and seamless handover for clients. Following the transition, Aaron will move on to pursue a new challenge, confident that the clients he has served will be well supported by Ice Cubed Property Finance.

Ice Cubed Property Finance managing director Tom Frank said: “We are excited to welcome the Specialist Property Finance brand into the Ice3 Group family.

“Aaron has built an excellent business with a loyal client base, and we are committed to providing the same high-quality service his clients have come to expect.”

Aaron Barry added: “I am proud of what we have achieved with Specialist Property Finance.

“It has been an incredible journey, and I am reassured to know that my clients will continue to receive the very best support and expertise through Ice Cubed Property Finance.

“I look forward to seeing how the business grows as part of Ice3 Group.”

Ice3 Group is a diversified financial services group working in property finance, wealth management, and investment, it says is growing.

The company says the acquisition reflects Ice3 Group’s continued investment in strengthening its position within the property finance sector, ensuring clients benefit from a wider range of expertise, resources, and opportunities.
