    CapitaLand China Trust est une société d’investissement immobilier (REIT) basée à Singapour. Les principales activités de la fiducie consistent à investir dans un portefeuille diversifié de biens immobiliers productifs situés principalement en Chine continentale, à Hong Kong et à Macao et utilisés principalement pour la vente au détail, les bureaux et l’industrie (y compris les parcs d’affaires, les installations logistiques, les centres de données et les développements intégrés). Son portefeuille comprend environ dix centres commerciaux, cinq parcs d’affaires et quatre parcs logistiques. Le portefeuille géographiquement diversifié a une surface brute totale d’environ 1,9 million de mètres carrés (m²), répartis dans 12 villes chinoises. Ses centres commerciaux comprennent CapitaMall Xizhimen, Rock Square, CapitaMall Wangjing, CapitaMall Grand Canyon, CapitaMall Xuefu, CapitaMall Xinnan, CapitaMall Nuohemule, CapitaMall Yuhuating, CapitaMall Aidemengdun et CapitaMall Qibao. Son gestionnaire d’investissement est CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited.
