App innovation speeds up property sales progression

    August 11, 20252 Mins Read

Normie Street.co.uk sales progressionStreet.co.uk’s new Buyer Ready workflow is helping agents take control of the post-offer property sales process, and early adopters like Normie are already seeing standout results.

Since launching with Street.co.uk’s CRM and Client App, Normie has reduced the time it takes to go from an accepted offer to handing over a sale to their progressor from days to under an hour.

The new Buyer Ready workflow cuts through the usual back-and-forth by collecting vital buyer information – AML checks, proof of funds, and solicitor details – upfront, directly through the Client App.

Josh Gertler, Director at Normie, said: “The biggest bottleneck in our sales process has always been the time it takes to move from an accepted offer to handing everything over to our sales progressor. Street.co.uk has massively reduced that, cutting down the time from listing to SSTC.

“Now, we can focus on delivering a higher level of service to both buyers and sellers, rather than getting caught up in admin. The efficiency gains here have made a real difference, not just in time saved, but in the overall experience we provide.”

    Reducing delays

Fall-throughs are on the rise, up 56% at the end of 2024, and many stem from surprises or delays in verifying buyer readiness. Buyer Ready helps agents collect stronger, more secure offers, reduce fall-throughs, and progress sales faster, with full flexibility to automate or manually trigger the workflow.

“Having seen how much time gets lost to chasing paperwork and endless back-and-forth, Buyer Ready is a win-win,” said Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street.co.uk.

“The buyer gets a better customer experience and the agent saves time and reduces admin. By front-loading tasks like AML checks, proof of funds, and solicitor details – and letting buyers complete them directly in the app – we’re helping agents get to SSTC faster, reduce risk, and focus on what really matters: delivering an amazing experience for buyers and sellers.”
