    Industry & Trade Office in Al-Bayda launches campaign to monitor commodities & petroleum derivatives stability

    BAYDA July 21. 2024 (Saba) – Industry and Trade Office in Al-Bayda Province launched the setting up of field committees to monitor the stability of the prices of commodities and petroleum derivatives.

    During the inauguration and field visits to a number of markets and oil stations, the Director of the Office of Industry and Trade in the province, Ahmed Salem Al-Tahri, stressed the importance of the campaign in strengthening field control efforts on markets, stabilizing the prices of basic commodities, oil , gas derivatives, and arresting violators.

    He also stressed the need for official and community efforts to join forces with field monitoring teams in a way that contributes to preventing price manipulation or attempts to close oil selling stations and taking into account the conditions that citizens are going through as a result of the aggression and siege.

    Al-Tahri praised the efforts of committees field in the various cities and districts of the province to contribute , to maintaining the stability of the rationing situation and the provision of food supplies, urging merchants to cooperate with those efforts and adhere to the prices set by the Industry and Trade Ministry .
