Bitcoin’s meteoric rise continues, nearing $119,000 this Wednesday, according to Binance data. This unprecedented performance has experts predicting a new all-time high: $135,000 by late summer, as reported by agencies citing crypto market analysts.

    What’s Driving the Rally?

Alexander Kraïko, an analyst at Cifra Markets, links this surge to the “Big Beautiful Bill” recently signed by former U.S. President Donald Trump. The legislation introduces tax cuts and business support measures, freeing up liquidity—some of which is flowing into cryptocurrencies.

Another key factor: the steady rise of the S&P 500, boosting investor confidence in riskier assets like Bitcoin.

    Scarcity as a Catalyst

Launched in 2008 by the enigmatic Satoshi Nakamoto, Bitcoin’s appeal lies in its hard cap of 21 million coins, most of which are already mined. This programmed scarcity fuels its demand.

The big question now: Will the rally continue, or is a correction looming? Cameroonian investors, increasingly active in crypto, are watching closely.
