Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets are looking to close the last of this week trade on a high as the Nifty trades 50 points higher, looking to reclaim the 24,000 mark again. The Nifty Bank index is only marginally higher, reaching the 58,000 mark. Wipro, Trent and IndiGo are the top gainers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets are trading higher, however caution seems to the tune of this Friday session. The Nifty is trading just about 50 points higher, aiming the 24,000 mark. The Sensex is in a better spot, the index is up over 400 points, rising to 76,600.
For the Nifty 50 index, Thursday’s high of 24,025 will be the first level to watch on the upside, while for the Nifty Bank, sustaining above 57,500 will be key. Oil prices remain near $96 a barrel. Block deals continue, with one likely in Gland Pharma today, while primary market action continues as well with the listing of ESDS.
There are two ends of the red and green spectrum so far. On one hand you have capital market stocks like BSE, Angel One and other trading higher, and the cable and wire stocks falling deeper.
