    Sensex Today | Amber Enterprises India raises Rs 1,000 crore

    The company has raised Rs 1,000 crore via the allotment of 12,57,861 shares to qualified institutional buyers, including Nomura India, Invesco India, HDFC Life Insurance, Allianz Global Investors Fund, and HDFC Mutual Fund, at Rs 7,950 per share.

    Amber Enterprises India Limited was quoting at Rs 8,336.45, up Rs 28.60, or 0.34 percent.

    It has touched an intraday high of Rs 8,345.95 and an intraday low of Rs 8,225.00.

    It was trading with volumes of 4,079 shares, compared to its five day average of 16,468 shares, a decrease of -75.23 percent.

    In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.25 percent or Rs 21.05 at Rs 8,307.85.

    The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 8,389.45 and a 52-week low of Rs 4,541.00 on 17 September, 2025 and 27 September, 2024, respectively.

    Currently, the stock is trading 0.63 percent below its 52-week high and 83.58 percent above its 52-week low.

    Market capitalisation stands at Rs 28,253.13 crore.
