A Saratoga County man is violating an order of protection and damaging property.
Zachary A. Locke, 22, of Hadley, allegedly broke a wine glass and a lamp. It happened during a domestic incident on Rockwell Street in Hadley on Tuesday around 6:40 p.m., according to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office.
Locke was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief and harassment. He was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail. He is due back in Hadley Town Court at a later date.
