Sensex Today | Adani Enterprises launches third issue of NCDs worth Rs 1,000 crore
The company has launched its third public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 1,000 crore, offering up to 8.90 percent per annum. The issue will open on January 6 and close on January 19.
The Rs 1,000-crore issue comprises a base issue of Rs 500 crore and a green shoe option of up to Rs 500 crore.
Meanwhile, the company’s subsidiary, Adani Road Transport, has executed certain definitive documents to acquire a 49 percent stake in Sree Vishwa Varadhi, with an option to acquire an additional stake, subject to regulatory approvals.
Adani Enterprises was quoting at Rs 2,284.60, up Rs 4.10, or 0.18 percent.
It has touched an intraday high of Rs 2,292 and an intraday low of Rs 2,274.05.
It was trading with volumes of 31,009 shares, compared to its five day average of 48,390 shares, a decrease of -35.92 percent.
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.01 percent or Rs 22.75 at Rs 2,280.50.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,695.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 2,026.90 on 23 September, 2025 and 03 March, 2025, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 15.23 percent below its 52-week high and 12.71 percent above its 52-week low.
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 279,505.18 crore.
