Stock Market LIVE Updates: From a technical standpoint, the Nifty 50 is showing early signs of a short-term recovery, supported by easing geopolitical pressures and a gap-up opening. The index managed to move above the 22,700 level—an important OI cluster—indicating initial buying interest. It also briefly crossed the crucial 23,000 resistance zone during the session but failed to sustain at higher levels, slipping back towards lower levels. This price action reinforces the presence of strong supply near 23,000 and highlights a continued sell-on-rise bias in the market. A sustained move above this level remains essential to signal any meaningful shift in the prevailing bearish structure.

 

Stock Market LIVE Updates: The domestic market witnessed a relief rally following a temporary pause in attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure, which could lead to further leeway in easing West Asia–related tensions. However, caution persists as investors await greater clarity on the developments around the Strait of Hormuz.

The resulting supply chain issues are unlikely to have a lasting impact on markets and may be limited to a one- to two-quarter disruption in earnings. Meanwhile, domestic fundamentals remain strong, supported by monetary and fiscal measures that are expected to drive demand once external uncertainties ease.
