London Stock Exchange Group is partnering with Nasdaq to distribute private-markets data through its platform and data feeds.
The stock-exchange and financial-information company said Thursday that it will license Nasdaq eVestment's private-market datasets and insights and integrate them into its ecosystem. The deal also covers limited exclusive distribution of other Nasdaq private-market datasets, private fund benchmarks, and deal-level benchmarks.
The combined offering marries the editorial and transactional data on private companies provided by LSEG with Nasdaq's fund performance and limited partners insights. The aim is to deliver greater transparency and more actionable intelligence across the global investment landscape, it said.
