The Dow futures are up 130 points, while those on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq are up 40 and 220 points respectively. Trump later said on Truth Social that they are still subject to the existing 20% Fentanyl tariffs, but just moving to another bracket. Asian markets have also opened higher with those in Japan and South Korea gaining up to 2% each.
