    An estate agent has unveiled its top 10 most-viewed homes for September, with properties from across England, Wales and Scotland all making the cut.

    The list from Purplebricks highlights the homes that attracted the most attention from online house-hunters, which currently has 7,451 properties for sale across the UK.

    The UK’s biggest online estate agent sold 947 homes in September and 9,970 since the start of the year.

    According to the latest House Price Index, the average UK home is worth £298,184 – the most popular property last month was £197,534 above this figure.

    The most-viewed home in September sits on The Wold, Claverley, Wolverhampton.

    Claverley is a quiet East Shropshire village just 30 minutes from Wolverhampton, ideal for commuters who want countryside peace.

    Inside, the home offers a spacious kitchen and dining area with wooden flooring and newly renovated fittings. 

    Upstairs, there’s an en-suite master bedroom and three further bedrooms.
