The popular Thai actors Tay Tawan Vihokratana and New Thitipoom Techa-apaikhun are set to return to the screens in the brand new BL drama Peaceful Property. Recently, the makers have confirmed its release date with the official trailer. Tay and New are among the fan-favorite on-screen BL couples. They most recently starred in the 2023 BL drama Cherry Magic, which concluded earlier this year. Now, Tay and New will return in the upcoming series Peaceful Property.
The storyline of Peaceful Property follows the heir of a wealthy family, Home (New), who lives a carefree life. He’s made to return to Thailand when his grandfather passes away to receive his inheritance. However, all the properties in the inheritance are unsellable as they are rumored to be haunted. On the other hand is Peach (Tay), a chef whose life changed dramatically after meeting with an accident. He then developed the ability to see ghosts. Home and Peach come across each other when the latter goes to a housewarming party full of ghosts. After a video goes viral, Home asks Peach to take responsibility by conducting an exorcism of the place.

Peaceful Property will premiere on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. ICT on the GMM25 channel. Following the TV broadcast, the new drama can be streamed at 10:30 p.m. ICT on VIU. Peaceful Property will air new episodes every Wednesday. It is also expected to get its release on YouTube on GMMTV’s official YouTube channel.
