At East Hill House, Dorset Council has granted permission for a series of upgrades including alterations to the property’s access, terrace and garden wall. The plans also include the creation of an additional parking area and the installation of an electric vehicle charging point, reflecting growing demand for sustainable infrastructure.
A new home was approved at Westleaze Close, where a property will be constructed within the side grounds of an existing home. The development is expected to contribute to local housing availability while maintaining the character of the area.

P/HOU/2025/04323 : 15 Cocklands. Erect two storey side extension (demolish single storey side extension), convert loft to living accommodation with large rear dormer with windows.
P/HOU/2025/04463 : 5 Highfield Close . Raise the ridge of the roof and convert the loft space to form bedrooms with 3no. dormer windows. Replace flat roofs with pitched roofs, render and clad existing walls.
