A Belgian artificial intelligence property marketing platform used by agents across 30 countries is making its first move into the UK market.
The brand, called Nodalview, has appointed Frederic Benisty as managing director, bringing direct UK industry experience having previously worked at Giraffe360 and Foxtons.
The appointment marks Nodalview’s first dedicated commercial presence in the United Kingdom, as the company sets its sights on the UK’s 20.000 plus estate agency branches.
In addition, the company will also open its first UK office in London.
Thomas Lepelaars, chief executive and co-founder of Nodalview, said: “The UK is one of the most important property markets in Europe, and we believe it is at an inflection point.
“Agents expect to bring properties to market quicker, leveraging AI in a way that brings them consistent results, yet the tools most agents use to market properties have not kept pace. Frederic understands this market from both sides, and we could not be better placed to change that.”
Nodalview’s platform enables estate agents to produce AI-enhanced photography, 360° virtual tours, video walkthroughs and schematic floor plans, all from a smartphone. The platform is designed to be adopted quickly by individual agents and rolled out at scale across multi-branch networks, with flexible pricing structured to work for independent agencies as well as larger groups.
Benisty will lead Nodalview’s UK commercial strategy, with an initial focus on building relationships with estate agency groups and demonstrating the platform’s impact on listing performance and time-to-sale.
He said: ”I’ve been following Nodalview since first coming across the team at RENT Expo in Paris in 2020. What struck me early on was how clearly they saw the role AI would play in property marketing, and how they’ve continued to build on that year after year. Since then, the market has moved in that direction, with agents increasingly focused on speed, consistency and simplicity in how they bring properties to market. Nodalview has been at the centre of that shift, and its move into the UK brings a model that is already delivering for agents across Europe.”
