Bawa & Sons Properties, who are based in Sale, have applied to Walsall Council to build 13 flats in a three storey construction in Elmore Green Road, Bloxwich.
It would consist of five two-bedroomed properties and eight one-bedroomed flats, with associated parking and landscaping included in the application.
