    Top risks for UK utilities revealed

    What is keeping leaders in the utilities sector up at night? This is the question at the heart of the UK Utilities Risk Report, brought to you by Utility Week, in association with Marsh. Find out what made the top 10 for 2026 and hear the views of South East Water, UK Power Networks and Utilita.

    April will see the publication of the fifth iteration of the report, which tracks the top risks for energy networks, retailers and water companies and is based on a survey of sector leaders.

    This webinar will exclusively reveal the top 10 risks across utilities, followed by a panel discussion with senior figures from energy networks, retail and water, who will give their views on the results and what they see as the greatest challenges facing their sector.

    Bill Bullen, chief executive, Utilita

    After selling his first start-up to Centrica, Bill set up Utilita in 2003 with a focus on the prepayment market. The company now has c800,000 customers across the country. He has continued to be a vocal voice in the sector and for protection of the most vulnerable customers.

    Bronwyn Bullen, head of organisational resilience, UK Power Networks

    Bronwyn began her career at EDF Energy working in communications and marketing, before taking on various roles at UK Power Networks in the fields of customer insight and business improvement. Since 2018, Bronwyn has managed the company’s organisational resilience strategy.

    Tim leads on regulation for South East Water, having joined the company in 2020. Prior to that he held a similar role at Affinity Water and held a number of positions at Veolia.

    Carl has led on utilities for Marsh since 2019 and has been involved with the UK Utilities Risk Report since its inception.
