
A prominent commercial and residential real estate consultancy has promoted two associate directors in its Belfast office.
Kyle Abernethy and Sean Fox have assumed the roles in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast team.
Abernethy joined the firm in 2019 as a placement student before joining full time in 2021 as a graduate surveyor. On the agency team, Abernethy provided cross sector advice covering a broad spectrum of commercial property asset classes including office, industrial, leisure, land and development, residential and investment.
During his time at the firm, he has represented clients including McAleer and Rushe (MRP), Belfast Harbour, Heron Brothers, Ulster Estates Limited, Radius Housing Association and MSCRE Ltd.
Abernethy has also been involved in several landmark projects such as The Vantage, Ebrington Plaza, City Quays, Bedford House and has recently been instructed on 135,000 sq ft at Venn.
Sean Fox has been promoted to associate director and head of client accounting, within the commercial property management accounts team. Since joining the firm eight years ago as a client accountant, Fox has taken on more responsibility and now leads the client accounts team driving performance across the department.
