Six-month old US luxury estate agency launches in London

The firm, which has already established a presence in North America and Europe after launching in May this year, says it bring a technology-led approach to property promotion using channels such as Connected Television and digital audio campaigns to target buyers internationally.

Heading up the UK operation is Daniel McPeake, a long-standing luxury property agent and former star of the BBC series Crazy Rich Agents. Daniel joins as Managing Director of Aperture Global UK and will oversee a team of experienced agents drawn from across the prime London market.

They include Solly Strickland, who has achieved more than £1 billion in career sales; Krishan Mistry, also featured in Crazy Rich Agents; Caroline De Havilland, previously of Moveli and Monaco-based agencies; Lindsey Harrison, who brings an interior architecture background; Rachel Narag, with 15 years in global luxury sales; and Jack Dowlet, a veteran of 25 years in high-end and new homes sales.

    White-glove service

“Aperture is unlike anything I’ve seen in my career,” said Daniel. “This is a model that doesn’t just put properties on a website and hope the right buyer finds them – it strategically places them in front of the people most likely to act. It’s white-glove service, paired with world-class marketing, on a truly global scale.”

Aperture launches with two flagship listings – a £7.34m penthouse at Embassy Works in Vauxhall Park and a £13m residence at Chelsea Waterfront, part of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment.

“London is a cornerstone of global luxury real estate, and with Daniel’s leadership, we’re bringing a model that empowers agents and introduces a new way to experience property,” said Robert Palmer, Founder of Aperture Global (main image inset).

The business forms part of LPT Holdings, the U.S.-based group behind LPT Realty, and plans to expand further into the Middle East and Asia over the next 12 months.
