Then it is Queens Park Road (CH4 7AD) with three properties sold at an average price of £1,069,000 with South Crescent Road (CH4 7AU) with three properties at an average of £956,666.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Curzon Park North (CH4) sold for £3,150,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £25,000 and under on The Wharf (CH1), Private Walk (CH1) and Homedee House (CH1).”
