£6.5 million property on sale in Dorset

    March 19, 20252 Mins Read

The five-bedroom detached waterside home is located on Salterns Way in Sandbanks and has views of the Blue Lagoon and Poole Harbour.

Lola Massingham, founder of Prime Coastal Property, which is representing the listing, described the property as ‘exceptional.’

She said, “Personally, Salterns Way is one of my favourite locations, as the views are just breathtaking, with ever-changing sunsets, wildlife (including resident seals!) and an exceptional lifestyle.”

Lola founded her agency 18 months ago at the age of 21, specialising in luxury homes in and around Sandbanks.

She also appeared on the Netflix TV show Buying London alongside the DDRE Global estate agents team, which aired last summer.

Lola said the show helped raise the profile of Sandbanks and the surrounding areas by showcasing exclusive listings, including one on the same road as the newly launched property.

Speaking about the property for sale, Lola said: “The home is meticulously designed throughout with a choice of reception rooms which enjoy stunning panorama views that evolve with the changing seasons.

“Spanning three elegantly appointed levels plus a sub-level wine-cellar and storage, the layout ensures that every space is cleverly thought out, complemented by cascading terraces that lead you directly to the pristine waters of the Blue Lagoon and onto your very own private jetty.”

With Prime Coastal Properties, Lola’s goal is to utilise unique branding to “provide extraordinary and high-quality marketing services’ that will set us apart from the competition.”

Lola said: “One of my main missions is to boost the area’s reputation on a global scale.

“I believe in selling the lifestyle of the homes I list because I’m hugely passionate about the area and community here.

“Many buyers come from different parts of the world or areas in the UK like London, so it’s incredibly important to showcase that lifestyle to them.”

She added: “My ambition over the next couple of years is to try and grow my brand and build on my relationships with clients and other agents.

“I want to encourage young people to take the risk and open a business.”
