    Where On a wide street in The Flats neighbourhood of Beverly Hills, just south of West Sunset Boulevard. 

    Why The property, which is on the market for the first time in 70 years, has space to entertain 400 guests and has played host to Elvis Presley, Warren Beatty, film producer Bob Evans and novelist Henry Miller.
